At Hotel Aigle, attention to the customer is also reflected in the care of the cuisine. Passion for ingredients, for Aosta Valley and Italian recipes, for the most exciting wines.
Our restaurant is a large exclusive space for breakfast and dinner, open to hotel guests and also to external customers.

In our dinning hall, you can start your day with a rich buffet breakfast, which we serve from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
Dinner is served at 8:00 pm and provides a different menu every day, which includes: appetizer, a choice of three first courses, three second courses, two side-dishes and two desserts (usually a cake and a choice of fresh fruit).
The recipes are inspired by the Aosta Valley tradition, combined with the most typical Italian and european regional cuisines. All dishes are strictly homemade, with genuine and natural ingredients, respectful of the rhythms of the seasons.

The cellar of the Hotel Aigle is totally focused on the wines of the Aosta Valley. We are convinced that Aosta Valley enology has reached levels of quality that deserve all our passion.
