Menu of the day of Hotel Aigle

In such delicate times we believe it is important to offer our guests the opportunity to learn about the menu of the day even from a distance and in a simple way, by reaching this page through the hotel website or by scanning with the smartphone the QR Code printed on the room card.

  • Bresaola seasoned with celery, rocket and parmesan flakes
  • Valtellina’s pizzoccheri
    or: Spaghetti with meat sauce
    or: Vegetable cream with croutons
  • Braised venison and a spoonful of polenta
    or: Escalope of pork in white wine
    or: Spinach flan
  • Sautéed mushrooms and zucchini

  • Strudel of apples

All types of pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, lasagna and all desserts are handcrafted “in house”. Exceptions to this are some types of pasta, such as spaghetti and penne, used in rare cases and / or to meet specific dietary requests by guests.

Some gastronomic preparations on the menu may have been obtained with frozen ingredients(*) or rapid cooling by us(**) and / or contain allergens. For any information on ingredients and allergens, you can consult the appropriate documentation that will be provided on request by the hotel staff.
For changes to the menu, please notify the service staff by the morning.
