In our dinning hall, you can start your day with a rich buffet breakfast<\/strong>, which we serve from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
Dinner is served at 8:00 pm and provides a different menu every day<\/strong>, which includes: appetizer, a choice of three first courses, three second courses, two side-dishes and two desserts (usually a cake and a choice of fresh fruit).
The recipes are inspired by the Aosta Valley tradition<\/strong>, combined with the most typical Italian and european regional cuisines. All dishes are strictly homemade<\/strong>, with genuine and natural ingredients, respectful of the rhythms of the seasons.<\/p>
