Our restaurant is a large exclusive space for breakfast and dinner, open to hotel guests and also to external customers. But, in these difficult times, the very simple act of entering a restaurant is not always possible. For this reason, the delights of our cuisine are also available for take away.
In our wide space, you can start your day with a rich buffet breakfast, which we generally serve between 7:30 am and 9:30 am.
Dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm and provides a different menu every day, which includes: appetizer, a choice of two first and two second courses, dessert and fruit.
The recipes are inspired by the Aosta Valley tradition, combined with the most typical Italian and European regional cuisines. All dishes are strictly homemade, with genuine and natural ingredients, respectful of the rhythms of the seasons.
Special attention is reserved for guests with specific dietary needs, allergies or intolerances. In this sense, for example, we can boast considerable experience in preparing special gluten free menus for people with gluten intolerance.
The cellar of the Hotel Aigle is totally focused on the wines of the Aosta Valley. We are convinced that Aosta Valley enology has reached levels of quality that deserve all our passion.
Local winegrowers have been able to make the most of a harsh and difficult land. The reward of their work is these wonderful wines, which we warmly invite you to try.
The closure of restaurants to the public at the time of Covid-19 led to the great success of takeaway food. In the reality of Courmayeur, with so many owned houses, the kitchen of the Hotel Aigle has decided to work also for take-away.
To allow you to order your take-away dishes, we offer you AigleRestaurant, our ordering service via smartphone and PC. You will be able to find the complete menu, discover all the dishes available, place your orders in a simple way and determine the time of collection.
The service is active at dinner.
Orders can be placed from 5:30 pm and delivery can take place between 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Between the order and collection, at least 60 minutes are required for preparation and packaging. Therefore, the cut-off time for orders is 8:30 pm.
At the moment, we offer a limited choice of dishes, in order to better manage the start-up phase. When fully operational, the selection of dishes will be wide and will include various first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts, all prepared with the care and passion for quality that characterize our cuisine.
The choice of drinks already includes typical bar drinks (mineral water, soft drinks, fruit juices, beer, etc.) and bottles of quality wines from our cellar.
