Restaurant of the Hotel Aigle

Hotel Aigle pays particular attention to the quality of its cuisine.

Each day, the restaurant offers its guests a different menu, which includes dishes of international cuisine alongside with specialties of Valle d'Aosta gastronomy.
The choice of wines, limited for the range but appreciated for quality, concerns mainly the Valle d'Aosta wines.

The menu consists of appetizers, first and second course, side dish and dessert. All desserts and cookies are homemade.
Vegetarian food and meals for special diets can be prepared on request. In this regard, the Hotel Aigle has recently received recognition from the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) for the proper preparation of a gluten-free food.
Wines with no added sulfites are available for people intolerant to sulfites.

Half-board accomodation includes: breakfast buffet and dinner feturing the menu of the day.
The restaurant and its menu, however, are open to all those who are not guests at the hotel, but wish to enjoy the quality of our cuisine.
