Our hotel lies in Entreves (1300 m asl), a characteristic village in the area of Courmayeur just at the foot of the great mountain. The village is still an authentic mountain place, with its old houses made of stone and wood, and fits in a natural environment full of meadow, woods, the river... In five minutes driving you get to the Val Veny (only during the summer) or to the Val Ferret, both valleys are a skiers paradise during the winter season and a trekkers paradise during the summer time.

Very close to the hotel are: the Val Veny cableway to the Courmayeur ski area and the Monte Bianco cableway to Punta Helbronner (3462 m asl) to reach Chamonix (the section of the Aiguille du Midi, 3800 m., the “funivia dei ghiacciai” is famous all over the world) guides to the popular route off the track of Vallée Blanche, and to great itineraries of sky-touring.
In summer many excursions and walks, suitable for people of any age, to discover alpine lakes (a well-known one is the Lake of Miage, where little icebergs coming off the glacier of Miage on it) and pastures, fields of blueberries and raspberries, chalets and mountain-huts to reach where to find comfort and refreshment.
The Hotel Aigle is a comfortable "base" for all those looking forward to reaching the top of the "Europe roof".
Together with alpinism there are lots of exciting sports you can practice: mountain-biking, rafting, sleddog, paragliding, golf, etc. A ten minutes driving will get you to the Pré Saint Didier SPA Center to have a nice relax.

The Hotel Aigle has 12 rooms, a homely restaurant and a living room with a bar, a garden-solarium and a private car parking.
The hotel is run on a half board basis with a self service breakfast and a dinner offering a delicious menu with Italian home made dishes (vegetarian and gluten-free menù are cooked on demand). Full board is also available, with packed
lunch (sandwiches, fruit, soft drinks).
The cableway Val Veny (starting point to get to the Courmayeur Ski Area) is 300 m from the Hotel Aigle. The cableway to Punta Helbronner is 400 m from the hotel.
One km from the hotel is a well equipped Sporting Center to play tennis, volley, squash, basket, futsal, curling, skating on ice, climbing wall. Courmayeur downtown is 1,5 Km from the hotel and the Mont Blanc Tunnel to reach Chamonix in France is just 1 km far.
